Shaving is only for men!
Shaving makes the hair grow thicker!
Shaving makes your skin darker!
Shaving causes rashes!
You name it and I believed it. I was one of those who was averse to shaving. I liked smooth hair-free skin but shaving was not an option for me. I preferred waxing (hot or cold wax), wax strips, threading, anything but shaving. I spent a considerable amount of time and money at a salon every month. And then the pandemic hit, I was forced to find alternatives. I tried using wax strips at home but the process was extremely tedious and I wasn't happy with the result.
And then some of my friends and colleagues recommended shaving. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to give it a shot. I researched, read up, watched a lot of youtube videos and finally bought my first Gillette Venus and haven't looked back since :)

Steps I follow:
Soak in the bathtub for about 15 - 20 minutes - You can choose to soak just your hands and legs too. This softens the skin and opens the pores
Scrub - This step helps remove debris and dead skin.
Shaving Cream - This aids in shaving and ensures that the razor glides effortlessly on the skin
Razor - The right razor with sharp blades makes all the difference
And the result is smooth and happy skin :)

It's Beautiful being You. All it takes is a little love and self-care!
